Dispatch Bro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects and protects the value of intellectual property (IP). By accessing or using any of our services, training materials, or digital content, you (“the student,” “you,” or “user”) agree to the terms outlined in this Intellectual Property Policy.

All materials provided through Dispatch Bro—including but not limited to course videos, training manuals, lesson slides, downloadable resources, branding assets, and any original digital content—are the exclusive intellectual property of Dispatch Bro.

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By enrolling in a Dispatch Bro course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Share, sell, copy, reproduce, or distribute course content in any form
• Post our materials publicly on any website, social media platform, or forum
• Modify or create derivative works from any of our content
• Use Dispatch Bro’s branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission
   

Recording of any kind—audio, video, screen capture, or otherwise—during live online classes is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Dispatch Bro.

Violating this rule will result in:

• Immediate removal from the course
• Termination of access to all course materials
• No eligibility for refunds
• Possible legal action for intellectual property infringement

Students are not permitted to resell or redistribute any Dispatch Bro materials or training content. All rights not expressly granted in this policy are reserved by Dispatch Bro.

Dispatch Bro takes IP protection seriously. If we discover unauthorized use or sharing of our content:

• Your access to all courses will be revoked immediately without a refund
• You may be subject to legal action for IP infringement
• You may be liable for damages caused by unauthorized distribution or use
