1. Refund Policy:

  • No Refunds: Dispatch Bro maintains a strict no-refund policy. Payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.​
  • Extenuating Circumstances: In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness or emergencies, please contact us at support@dispatchbro.com. We will evaluate such situations on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed however, we'd be able to reschedule your enrollment at a later date.


2. Cancellation by Dispatch Bro:

  • Course Cancellation: In the rare event that Dispatch Bro cancels a course, enrolled students will have the option to reschedule to another available date at no additional cost or receive a full refund.​


3. No-Show Policy:

  • Non-Attendance: Students who do not attend their scheduled course are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
